Open Tier Systems offers three standardized protection tiers—Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3. Each tier provides a comprehensive set of cybersecurity, compliance, and IT support services, designed to meet the needs of businesses of different sizes and requirements.

Why is Open Tier Systems moving clients to tiered packages?

Starting in January 2026, all clients will be on a tiered package. This will support the standardization of our service offerings to ensure every client receives predictable pricing, enhanced protection, and a more streamlined support experience. This change helps us deliver better value, simplify billing, and provide access to a broader range of security and compliance tools.

What are the main differences between Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3?
  • Tier 1: Priced per device, includes essential security and support tools for small businesses.
  • Tier 2: Priced per user, includes everything in Tier 1 plus enhanced cloud protection and additional compliance features.

How will this change affect my monthly bill?

Your monthly bill will reflect the new tier pricing starting with your January invoice. Most clients will see more predictable costs and may benefit from savings compared to previous packages.
