This powerful solution is driven by a software platform called Ninja. The lightweight Ninja agent is installed on all of your computer systems, running quietly in the background while you carry out your daily activities. For remote access, it can be configured to use Teamviewer and/or RDP, which allows users lightning-fast access to their office computers using a simple web interface. Alongside Ninja, we integrate an industry-leading antivirus solution that provides antimalware, web-filtering, and many more advanced threat protection features. Most importantly, this agent transmits a plethora of data and alerts in real-time to our dashboard. From here, we can identify and resolve issues before they become seriously disruptive.
